Built on rigour.
Driven by care.
Dalmagne Performance was built on a conviction: that rigorous analytical discipline, genuine sector understanding, and human sensitivity belong together — and that hospitality, more than most industries, demands all three.

Three threads.
One practice.
Cédric Dallemagne founded Dalmagne Performance to bring together three threads of a career spent at the intersection of strategy, technology, and rigorous analysis.
The analytical foundation
Cédric's career began with quantitative work. He moved into competitive intelligence at Ducker Research, covering the construction and automotive industries. Four years at PwC followed, conducting market forecasting and acquisition due diligence across automotive, consumer, and retail — always heavily quantitative. Numbers, he learned early, tell the story before the story gets told.
The strategy consulting discipline
Two chapters at Monitor Deloitte — 2010 to 2013, then 2019 to 2025 — gave him the tools that define how he works today: the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems; to align diverse stakeholders around a shared direction; and to deliver recommendations that organisations can actually implement. Strategy consulting, at its best, is applied judgment under uncertainty. That is what Dalmagne Performance brings to every engagement.
The technology and innovation lens
At Samsung Electronics, Cédric worked within multidisciplinary innovation teams — developing new lifestyle products, rethinking user experiences, and shaping how those products would reach market. Collaborating with design and commercial teams across South Korea and Silicon Valley, he learned that technology's real challenge is never the technology itself — it is the human and organisational systems required to bring it to life. That lesson shapes every automation recommendation he makes.
Cédric is not a former hotelier. His deep understanding of the hospitality industry was built through education — at Les Roches and Cornell — and through years of sector-focused advisory work. After supporting clients across automotive, consumer goods, and technology, he found his focus advising luxury hotel groups and tourism authorities in the Middle East.
He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a WSET Level 3 Wine & Spirits qualification (Distinction). He serves as President of the Middle East chapter of the Tuck School of Business alumni association and as Social Chair of the Dartmouth College alumni club. He advises in English, French, and German, and is based between Dubai and Europe.

A growing practice.
Dalmagne Performance is building a team that combines hospitality sector knowledge with technology fluency — people who can walk a hotel floor and evaluate an automation vendor in the same day. If that sounds like you, visit our Careers page.

Accountability
Your name is on our work because we stand behind it. We are not a firm that delivers a report and disappears. We measure what we promise and stay until it sticks.
Empathy
We design for people — guests, employees, and owners — not for org charts or technology roadmaps. Every recommendation we make has a human consequence, and we take that seriously.
Precision
We measure what matters, act on what we find, and communicate clearly. We do not dress complexity in jargon or hide uncertainty behind confident-sounding frameworks.
Balance
We believe automation should elevate hospitality, never hollow it out. The right answer is rarely all-technology or all-human. Finding the balance is the work.
